Coryell Sound offers professional audio production, engineering, mixing, mastering, field recording, sound design, and related services. Service availability and scope are subject to project requirements and are defined upon formal agreement between the client and Coryell Sound.
All services are provided on a project-based pricing structure, finalized prior to project commencement. Additional fees may apply for services outside the original project scope (e.g., rush orders, specialized deliverables).
Payment is due as outlined in the client agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Third-party merchant fees and applicable sales taxes will be added where necessary. Full payment is required to release final project files.
Standard services include up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions will incur extra fees. Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., WAV, MP3, stems) upon project completion and full payment.
Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated during the quoting process. Rush services are available upon request and are subject to additional fees.
Coryell Sound retains the right to showcase completed projects for promotional or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain all commercial rights to their projects upon full payment and delivery of final assets.
Coryell Sound is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, third-party services, or client-provided materials. Clients are responsible for securing rights and clearances for any external content used in their projects.
Clients may cancel projects prior to completion; however, deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
Coryell Sound shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, technical failures, supply chain disruptions, power outages, or other unforeseeable events that prevent or hinder service delivery. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to services provided by Coryell Sound, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable by law. Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
By engaging Coryell Sound’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Terms are subject to change without prior notice. Please check back regularly for updates.
